TeamSpeex 1.0 Beta 2

This build is for Tiger (10.4.x) and Panther (10.3.9) only.
It will probably not work on Mac OS X versions prior to 10.3.9. I fully intend to support Jaguar in the future, but I cannot promise an exact date yet.

I apologize if TeamSpeex does not work for you or doesnt run on your OS X version, just keep in mind that this is still in development.
